Fall Lecture and Museum Tour

On Sunday, October 14 immediately following the worship gathering we will be hosting Dr. Ron Choong with actministry.org who will be lecturing on God's Creation of Humanity and then leading a guided tour of the Hall of Human Origins at the American Museum of Natural History. Consider inviting a friend who doesn’t attend church or has questions related to faith and science. Space is limited so if you’re interested in attending the tour, please email Danny Lee at danetello@gmail.com

Fall Family Event

STEM Fields Initiative

If you work in the STEM fields, please attend our kick-off meeting Sunday, September 9. We will be designing an initiative using our unique skill sets and ways of thinking in order to help our church engage the broader community. Meet in the Teacher's lounge Cafeteria) immediately following the worship gathering. This effort is is part of a larger initiative called The Good Work Venture - a hands-on, experimental program designed for Christians who take their work seriously. The Good Work Venture is aimed at helping us rediscover a calling that integrates Sundays and the workweek, thought and action, sacred and secular. Apple Picking at Hurd's Family Farm

On Saturday, September 22 we head to Hurd’s Apple Farm for a day of frolicking in the orchards and bringing home some tasty apple goodness.
